Returns & Refunds policy
Due to the nature of our business, cancellation and return rights differ depending on the type of product purchased. Custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started. Non-personalized (ready-to-ship) items may be returned within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased within the last 7 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
All personalized, custom-made, sublimated, vinyl-designed, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Personalized apparel (including custom t-shirts, hoodies, baby clothes, and any garment customized with names, dates, images, or specific designs) cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing issues.
Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts carefully before placing an order.
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Design Approval Policy:
For personalized products, a digital mockup may be sent to the customer for approval before production.
Once the customer approves the design mockup, the order is considered final and production will begin.
After approval, we are not responsible for changes in preferences, color expectations, design size perception, spelling errors previously approved, or any other modification requests.
By approving the mockup, the customer confirms that all details (including spelling, dates, colors, and layout) are correct.
Failure to respond to a mockup approval request within 48 hours may result in automatic approval and production to avoid delays.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
We only offer replacements or refunds if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error in the personalization.
To report an issue, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product.
If the mistake was made by us, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
If the error was caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (including spelling, dates, or size selection), we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
